Yoga

Yoga not only disciplines the body but unfolds the infinite potentials of the human mind and soul. Learn the foundations of yoga and ignite your path towards holistic wellness and healing.


Meditation

Meditation is a state being, a state of mind, or a state of consciousness. Through the practice of meditation we quieten the mind. It is a state of being where we let go of our worries, plans and wishes. A space where we just watch our thoughts come and go. Practicing meditation daily can be a powerful tool for personal growth, stress-management and self-awareness.


During the workshop, participants will be led through a guided meditation with soft background music. Because the mind has a tendency to wander where it will, many of us find it easier to focus and relax when our minds aren’t entirely left to their own devices. Guided meditation is a process of meditating under the guidance of an experienced teacher.


Sound Healing

Sound therapy is a clinical and evidence-based therapy used for dealing with mental health issues, such as anxiety, pain and sleep disorders. These issues are usually caused by high levels of tension and stress. Sound healing brings one to a relaxed state with sounds created by singing bowls, tuning forks and other resonant musical instruments, including the human voice. Recent research suggests that in counselling sessions, it can be a catalyst for emotional healing used in combination with other modalities such as meditation, deep breathing and visualization.


Natural Skincare Workshop

When you use plant-based ingredients for skincare, you are also getting the nourishing benefits from the sun and soil. Discover how simple it is to make your own products from scratch that moisturize, feed the skin with nutrients and give a natural glow without harsh, toxic ingredients. Learn how to make your own charcoal face mask and body scrub as well as self- massage techniques for detox and to relax the mind and body.


Mandala Drawing Workshop

Mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning, “circle” and represents the universe. It is associated with complex abstract design that is usually circular in form containing geometric and organic shapes and patterns that are balanced and harmonised. They can also contain recognizable images that carry insight and meaning for the person who is creating it.

Drawing mandalas have great healing and therapeutic energies and is a wonderful activity for meditation, relaxation and self-expression. Connect within your deepest self and see what unfolds in your own unique work. Everyone is welcome to join the class, one does not need any background on art to create beautiful mandalas.


Island Voyage

Cruising through the islands around Mactan is the best way to experience its beauty. Hop on a traditional boat to visit Cebu’s beautiful islands and beaches. Walk on sand, soak in clear waters, bask in the sun...it is a great way to deepen your connection with nature and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This island getaway will get you feeling truly rejuvenated!


Daytrip At Soul Sierra

Soul Sierra is a wellness garden sanctuary in Cebu that offer wholesome, holistic activities. A yoga class, sound healing session and cacao ceremony will be included in this day escape.

Healthy lunch and snacks at the in house café, The Helix will be served as well.

Denise Gonzales Bernardo

Experience Vinyasa Yoga Flow to connect with your inner self through breath and yoga poses. Learn stretching and breathing exercises to remove trapped stress and blockages in the system through Pranayama or breathwork and mindfulness practices partnered with the Bodytalk Cortices technique and creative visualization.

Noelle Hilario

Noelle is a health and wellness advocate and practitioner, creative entrepreneur and co- founded several wellness brands such as Flow Retreats and Makai Bowls. She has been organizing and coordinating yoga retreats, workshops and wellness events for corporate brands since 2009. She is currently based in La Union, Philippines where she spends time surfing, practicing yoga, creating art and exploring beaches and nature spots around the province.
