- More than 60 days prior to retreat: If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 60 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Between 30 to 60 days prior to retreat: Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the retreat start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total retreat package price.
- Less than 30 days prior to retreat: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we encourage you to consider purchasing travel insurance to mitigate unforeseen circumstances.

- Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are not included in the package. If you wish to consume alcohol, you may bring your own or purchase locally if available.
- Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as shopping, spa treatments, or additional activities not specified in the itinerary are not included.
