Mandala Flower Meditation
Flowers and flowering plants form an exceedingly important part of nature. They also provide color to the surroundings – not only the flowers themselves but also the brilliant colored leaves.
Functional Fitness
More rigorous programs for body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity. It includes HIIT, circuit, and core trainings. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. Core training on the other hand includes components of balance & stability, abdominal and lower, and all the muscles of back work the trunk.
Mandala Drawing Workshop
Mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning, “circle” and represents the universe. It is associated with complex abstract design that is usually circular in form containing geometric and organic shapes and patterns that are balanced and harmonised. They can also contain recognizable images that carry insight and meaning for the person who is creating it.
Drawing mandalas have great healing and therapeutic energies and is a wonderful activity for meditation, relaxation and self-expression. Connect within your deepest self and see what unfolds in your own unique work. Everyone is welcome to join the class, one does not need any background on art to create beautiful mandalas.
Fermented Food Workshop
Making your own fermented food is a powerful and effective way to enhance your gut and overall health. Having an optimal microbiome positively impacts your immunity and is the core of our mental and physical wellness that even Hippocrates once quoted that “All disease begins in the gut”. In this workshop, learn the traditional art of fermenting, just like what your
grandmother used to do and discover the healing benefits of including fermented food into your daily life.
Day Tour at Ugu Bigyan Pottery
Take a day trip to pottery artist, Ugu Bigyan’s eponymous pottery garden and restaurant, located at Tiaong, Quezon. Browse or shop through his works of beautiful handmade ceramics, and tour the pottery studio. End the day with a hearty feast of Filipino cuisine.
